    • Charlotte: A hotel room block will be available near the venue; details will be shared with registered attendees.

    • San Antonio: Stay tuned for our official hotel partner announcement closer to the event. We will send out to all early registrants when this is finalized.

  • Each two-day event includes:

    • Morning keynotes and tactical breakout sessions

    • Lunch will be served each day.

    • Afternoon workshops and collaborative labs

    • Networking opportunities and evening social experiences

    A detailed agenda will be released 30 days prior to each event.

  • Select sessions may be recorded for marketing purposes.

    By attending, guests agree to the Photo & Video Release Policy outlined in Impact Eighty-Eight’s Terms of Service.

  • We do not offer refunds, but transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis with written approval.

    Requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the event start date to lindsey@impacteightyeight.com.

  • Possibly. All event tickets are limited, so if there is room, this may be a possibility. We do expect that both dates will sell out. If we’re able to accommodate, we will, but space is limited in both venues.  Requests must be submitted at least 8 weeks before the event you are scheduled to lindsey@impacteightyeight.com and are not guaranteed based on limited ticket availability.

  • Business casual—polished yet comfortable.

    We want you to feel confident, put-together, and ready for connection. Think: comfortable shoes, professional style, and your best “I’m here to grow and shine” energy. Bring a jacket or wrap as rooms tend to be chilly with air conditioning.

  • Yes. Your ticket includes lunch each day (during the event). Drinks and coffee will be served all day. Please be sure to eat breakfast before heading to the event each day.

  • Please bring your whole team, but understand we do not offer group discounts due to limited seats per event.
